How long does it take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 days. We'll email you when your art is ready to download.

Who makes the art?

Real human illustrators we pay fairly, including trans artists. We never use AI image generators.

Can I change something after delivery?

Yes, one round of small changes is included. Just reply to your delivery email or contact us.

Is my photo safe?

Reference photos are stored privately, only seen by the artist working on your order, and deleted automatically 7 days after delivery.
